Linking branches (VPN)

VPN is the most used network to connect the branch offices of organizations, large and small companies, and the most secure because it is a virtual network, that is, it is the private network of the organization that enables it to connect branch offices and transfer and exchange data securely in faraway areas at a much lower cost than other networks.
In addition to the use of VPNs to connect branch office networks, link branches are also used for remote communications and to connect employees to organizations, so I have seen an increased use of VPNs in recent times, especially in regards to the need to work remotely.
Let’s say you want to access certain files, systems, or email messages within your organization through this public network. This can corrupt company data as it can be easily read, hacked, etc. Since you are using the public internet, this means that VPN is a more secure and virtual private network. Its use is not limited to organizations and their branches, but is used to connect to homes or offices, for example through CCTV systems or VOIP technology.

Features of the VPN:

You can link all employees to the main server of the organization and working on all programs.

One-way or two-way communication between management and branches.

The possibility of adding a backup internet line to ensure continuity of work and no interruption with the possibility of merging the speed.

– Connect all employee devices together in all branches and share files and printers between them.

– You can use all kinds of connections to connect (FTTH/ADSL/VDSL/4G/3G).

– Distribution of speeds and powers to employees.

-Using one of the company’s phones from outside.

– Using mobile phones and tablets to enter the network and work on it.

– There is no minimum connection speed between branches and the speed depends on the service provider.

– The possibility of withdrawing a back-up for each branch to ensure the data.

– It does not consume Internet service resources and consumption depends on the amount of data exchanged only.

– It does not require assistance programs and any device is automatically connected to the network.
